What we do

RingDispatch answers your inbound business calls in 0.4 seconds with a natural AI voice in 32 languages, books appointments straight to your calendar, and texts confirmation to the caller before they hang up. Every call gets a transcript on your dashboard. Every booking comes with caller name, phone, service requested, and any photos they sent via MMS.

We exist because voicemail loses 60-80% of inbound callers, human answering services run $250-$1,725/month and answer slower than an AI does, and the AI receptionist software that already exists is either built for engineers (Vapi, Retell — you assemble it yourself) or charges Vapi-class prices for a half-baked product. We're neither.

What we believe

  • Your phone number is yours. Every customer brings their own Twilio number under their own account. Cancel us tomorrow, keep your number forever.
  • No contract, cancel anytime.If we don't earn the renewal, we don't deserve it. One-click cancel from your dashboard.
  • Honest pricing.Three plans on the pricing page, no "contact sales", no hidden fees. Annual billing saves ~17%; monthly costs more but stays month-to-month.
  • The AI tells callers it's an AI. California, Colorado, Utah, and others mandate AI disclosure on every call. We don't pretend; the AI introduces itself plainly. Customers prefer this once they see it work.
  • HIPAA mode is more than a checkbox. Enabling it extends record retention to the HIPAA-mandated 6-year minimum, captures a timestamped acknowledgement for your audit trail, and instructs the AI to never confirm whether a specific person is your patient. The full BAA process still requires legal review on your end — we provide the operational mechanics, not the legal contract itself.
  • The bill cannot explode.Per-call cost ceiling on every tier. A stuck loop or a bad actor can't mint a $200 surprise.

The tech stack we run on

Honest list of who actually powers what so you can audit our sub-processor chain:

  • Anthropic Claude — the LLM that handles intake, routing, scope, and the conversation itself. Claude 4.5 family currently; we upgrade as new models ship.
  • ElevenLabs Flash — voice synthesis. Natural accents in 32 languages, mid-call language switching, voice cloning.
  • Twilio Voice + SMS — telephony. Your phone number, your account, your bill — we just route the calls through it.
  • Stripe — payments. PCI-compliant, no card data ever touches our servers.
  • Fly.io — hosting. iad-region machines, edge- cached static assets, SQLite + better-sqlite3 for the owner-facing dashboard data.
  • Resend — transactional email (booking summaries, daily digests, payment-failure notices).
  • Sentry — error monitoring. Anonymized client + server errors so we catch issues before customers report them.
