Request a BAA

HIPAA Business Associate Agreement

If your business is a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA, you need a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before we route Protected Health Information through RingDispatch. Submit the form below — a member of our compliance team will reply within two business days with our standard BAA for your review.

What the BAA covers

  • HIPAA Privacy + Security Rule obligations between RingDispatch and your practice.
  • Permitted uses and disclosures of PHI processed during call handling.
  • Breach notification within HHS-mandated timelines.
  • Sub-processor flow-down (Twilio, our AI model provider, Stripe).
  • Six-year audit-log retention on PHI-tagged tenants — matches HIPAA's minimum.

The HIPAA add-on ($149/mo) activates the operational controls (audit log surface, 6-year retention, per-call recording consent). The BAA is the contractual instrument that sits behind those controls.

Optional — mention sub-processor requirements, deadlines, or PHI scope outside the call/SMS/transcript default.
