Native two-way order-lookup is on the roadmap — not shipped today. Current workaround: the AI captures Etsy / Shopify order numbers and asks the caller what they need, then takes a message. We do not currently look up your order; you do. Tell us if this is the dealbreaker — we prioritize the loudest demand.
