I run a seasonal tourist shop — do I pay for dead months?

Only if you choose to. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; re-subscribe when your season starts. We keep your number + AI config across cancellations. Annual prepay (pay-for-10-get-12) doesn't refund unused months, so stick to monthly if your business is seasonal.

Can the AI look up whether I still have the lavender candle that customer bought last year?

Not live — we don't integrate with Shopify / Square / Vend / Lightspeed POS yet. The AI politely takes a message and routes it to your inbox so you can check your stock and call the customer back. POS integration is on the roadmap.

I'm not technically savvy. Will the setup be doable?

Most owners complete onboarding in under 10 minutes. If you get stuck, email hello@ringdispatch.com and we'll help you finish over email — and yes, sometimes a phone call. We do not yet have a published phone-support number, but if you reply to our email with "can someone call me" + your phone number + a good time, we'll call you.

My grandkids help me with the computer — can I share access?

Today: only by sharing your login (which means they see your billing). A real multi-user / family-helper account is on the roadmap. In the meantime, the dashboard is read-friendly enough that a tech-savvy family member can help you on the phone without needing to log in themselves.
