Yes. In Settings → Voice per language, set your Portuguese voice to the Brazilian voice, your Spanish to Eduardo (Mexican) or Valeria (Argentinian), your Hindi to Aanya, your Mandarin to JinChan. The AI greets in the language the caller speaks and the voice sounds native rather than dubbed. Honest note: only Brazilian Portuguese ships today — Continental / European Portuguese is not yet available, so a Portuguese-from-Portugal client will hear a Brazilian accent.
Not natively yet. Today the AI captures all the consult-booking fields and exports them as a booking row + transcript. Most photographers paste the structured fields into Honeybook / Dubsado after the consult; native two-way integration is on the roadmap, vote it up by emailing hello@ringdispatch.com.
Once you connect Google Calendar (Settings → Integrations) and tag your wedding events as busy, yes. The AI checks your calendar before quoting and won't book consults for dates you can't shoot. No Calendar connection = the AI has to caveat 'I'll need to check the calendar and get back to you' — honest, but slower.
Yes. Add the number to Settings → Caller blocklist. When that caller dials, the AI takes a generic message + flags it for you, never books a session, never confirms when or where you'll be shooting. Designed for solo photographers who travel to private venues.
