Yes — toggle HIPAA mode on the Professional plan. The AI takes minimal PHI on the call (name, callback, general reason) and routes detailed health-history collection to your secure intake portal. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) addendum on the Professional plan.

Will the AI route by therapy modality (CBT, EMDR, etc.)?
